NOTE - Please note that during a return or exchange, if return pickup is not possible at your Pin-Code by any of our courier partners, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse. We will reimburse up to ₹200 for the shipping charges (based on the amount mentioned in the shipping receipt) once the return/exchange process is completed. To get the reimbursement processed, sharing the shipment receipt or bill is mandatory.

For shipping, we use reliable courier companies like Blue Dart and Delhivery to ship the products which are fully insured. Usually, for COD orders, the courier will call you before delivery. If you are not available on delivery, you can call them back and arrange a new delivery or you can pick it up at their location.

We will not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen delay by courier companies in delivering packages to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
